⯌ The Echo

A special power that grants the user the ability to 'see' within someone's soul by the form of memories. This cannot be controlled, only triggered and they can vary. Yua like most with the Echo can feel dizzy or pass out if the memory is strong enough. Is also known as the Blessing of Light. With the Echo, she can also understand languages even if she doesn't realize they are speaking another tongue.

Yua's signature effect of the Echo is that she can pick up any Soul Crystal and learn the Job associated with it. However, it is only the basics she can grasp instantly and must work and train to use them well. A more modified version of her Wild Card power.



⯌ The Wild Card/Personas


As a wild card, Yua can summon parts of her soul for battle known as personas. They vary between and she can only summon one if she makes a strong bond known as a Social Link. While in the XIV universe, she cannot use her personas but the Wild Card modified itself in the form of Jobs and how many she can use. Most of the time. If Yua's life is in extreme danger, it is possible for the power to manifest but it also depends on what bonds she has made within the universe. Her Wild Card ability also means she has access to a place between realms called the Velvet Room. The list of Personae she can use is here.



⯌ Jobs

Yua can and has learned many of the Jobs within XIV's universe. She excels at ranged and casting Jobs such as Red Mage and Dancer, enjoys melee such as Ninja and Reaper, question how she knows tank ones such as Warrior, and she knows how to heal...she just prefers to hit people more. Yes, I don't mind this! Even if the thread is months old or a PSL, I will still be fine with tagging it.


⯌ Fourthwall

Please do not tell her she's from a video game or that she's been put into another video game. She is aware of other versions of herself such as Yu and Souji and that there are many universes out there and that's fine. Just not the first.


⯌ Off-Limits/Talk With Me First

Discuss with me first. However, I do need to mention that interacting with Yua, there is a possibility of talk of Torture, Assault/Murder, and PTSD if a thread gets very serious or touches on those subjects. Please discuss with me if you want to do something a bit more darker so I can bring you up to speed and we can plan things out accordingly.

Echo: Yua does have the Echo and if you would prefer not to have it pop up in a tag, please let me know. But also, if you want her to see into your character's past, hit me up.

⯌ Physical Contact

Yua is fine with hugs, hand holding, typical touch but grab her ears or smack her ass, get smacked in return.


⯌ Mental Contact

Tell her first usually and she'll be ok with it. Trying to force it...well, unless we plan for it, I would rather not at random. Talk with me first.


⯌ Flirt

She's ok with flirting and it's fine.


⯌ Fight

Yes, fighting is fine.


⯌ Injury

No destroying or hacking off limbs please.


⯌ Death

Depending. It's not her first time with death so in her case, you better make it count. I would prefer to not to kill her off since she doesn't have the ability to come back while in XIV's universe.
