[Getting out more then? If the world didn't need saving and her being the only one who could do it, being able to be an actual adult would be nice. When was the last time she just sat on the beach and take in the ocean waves? Or play a game at the Gold Saucer or do something small like cook a proper meal? It's been non stop running around to kill Lightwardens and dodge Eulmore because their ruler is pissy about killing the things sucking the world dry. And even before coming to the First, she had to fight in a war and make sure everyone else was safe. She had to make sure no primals popped up and if they did, she would have to smack it down. Yua had to be strong for she is the Warrior of Light on one world, the Warrior of Darkness here but both meant the same thing: be the hero, the hope of all.

Sometimes she wanted to say fuck it all and let them do the dirty work for once.

And yet she finds comfort in the arms of the enemy as they share this intimate dance for two. To seem carefree but he's right: what would people say when they learn that their vaunted hero has shared a bed with the same person who founded the Empire she fought against not too long ago? How would they feel knowing that she cried out his name in pleasure, the same name that they cursed for the deaths of millions of lives for their Rejoining? How would they react if they knew how she pleaded to be taken and claimed by him? How would they feel that their hero that they praise and look up to in another lifetime was the same kind of being they fought?

Yua can't deny it after seeing these flashes of her past long ago, of the spires reaching toward the sky and the people and masks behind them. There's still a lot of memories missing and she knows how the Scions would react, speak of possible enchantments to play right into Hades's hands. But she knew if that were the case, why would he act surprised at every moment she's witnessed?]

What, that their so-called savior actually has emotions and needs like anyone else? Perish the thought. They can deal for now.

[Yua would say more but those kisses to her jawline makes her whimper softly, making it hard to focus on the worries and just to feel him. It's a moment she doesn't want to end but she knows full well reality likes to smack her across the face and tell her otherwise. But she doesn't want this to end.]
