[Small gestures are honestly the best way to get her attention, to show what their intent is. Hades already put himself in a good position in her books by focusing more on her and not what her body shows; when the shirt comes back on her, it just makes her feel like speaking up about this was the right choice. He's more than likely hiding how furious he is but wants to focus on what she needs.
